Yes — to unlock premium, your donation email must match a BinauralPure account. If you don't have one yet, create a free account first (it takes 10 seconds), then donate using the same email. Premium activates automatically within a minute of your donation.
Is this a subscription?
No. BinauralPure has no subscriptions. Your donation is a one-time contribution. The $15+ perk unlocks premium features for life — there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge, ever.
What if I donated but didn't get premium?
Rare with Stripe — the donation is tied to your account at checkout, so the match is automatic. If premium doesn't appear within 5 minutes, refresh your account page or sign out and back in. If it still doesn't work, contact us with your donation receipt and we'll grant premium manually.
Is the core generator still free?
Yes — always. Binaural beats, isochronic tones, and bilateral EMDR modes are and will always be free, including all generation modes. Donations and the premium perk are how the project stays independent and ad-free.
Are donations refundable?
Yes. Donations are refundable within 30 days, no questions asked. Email us with your donation receipt and we'll issue a full refund. Note that refunding will also remove premium access if it was granted by that donation.
